John Shanahan, Chartered Physiotherapist, Cork

Next Level Physiotherapy was established by John Shanahan, Cork Physiotherapist, in 2018. From a young age, John has had a keen interest in sport and health and fitness. He has competed at international level in Athletics underage, and played soccer and GAA for his local club in Limerick too. John graduated with a MSc in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. Since graduating, John has gained a breadth of experience within the NHS in Scotland, elite athletes, sports teams and private practice. He has worked within all areas of Physiotherapy (including Neurology, Respiratory, Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal). Therefore, gaining valuable exposure and clinical knowledge to become a versatile Physiotherapist. John is well-equipped to deal with any physiotherapy issue that may arise in the clinic.
